G Series Expert Certification is a two-day, instructor-led program covering RPS programming, G Series control panels, keypads, peripherals, system configuration, and practical application. Participants complete required online learning, guided hands-on training, and certification assessments.

Beginning in 2027, eligible participants do not pay a separate certification seat fee. However, each pair of participants needs access to one approved, complete, working G Series Training Kit. New kits are purchased through Radionix Sales; contact your Sales representative for current kit pricing.
One complete G Series Training Kit supports up to two technicians. For example, a class of six technicians requires three approved Training Kits.
Yes, provided your existing kits are complete, functional, compatible with current training requirements, and sufficient for the number of participants. Check kit readiness with the Training team before your class.
Yes. Both virtual and in-person certification include hands-on activities using the required equipment. Your kit must be available and working when class begins.
Before class, inventory all required components, check quantities, power on and test applicable devices, and report any missing or nonworking items. The Training team provides a readiness checklist approximately 10 business days before class and requests confirmation approximately 5 business days before class.
Please start the training request process at least four weeks before your preferred timeframe. This allows time for scheduling, equipment preparation, and required online learning. Dates depend on instructor availability and class capacity.
Yes. Each participant must complete the assigned online learning through Radionix Academy before attending the instructor-led class. Training will provide instructions after registration is confirmed.
Contact Radionix Training or submit a G Series Training Request. The Training team will coordinate participant details, equipment readiness, and available dates. Purchasing a Training Kit or submitting a purchase order does not reserve a class; your training date is confirmed only when Radionix Training sends confirmation.
No separate training-seat purchase order is required for eligible no-fee certification training, unless your customer agreement or applicable purchasing requirements specify otherwise. If you need to buy Training Kits, normal equipment purchasing requirements still apply.
Cancel at least 10 business days before class to avoid a fee. Cancellations fewer than 5 business days before class may result in a $250 fee per affected participant. Radionix-initiated cancellations or schedule changes do not result in a customer fee. Please contact Training as soon as your plans change.
A $250 fee per affected participant may apply if someone does not attend without notice, or if essential Training Kit equipment is missing or not working and the participant cannot complete training. Minor equipment issues that do not prevent training do not trigger a fee. Fees are reviewed before they are assessed and do not stack for the same participant. Emergency situations may qualify for a waiver review.
Complete required online learning, attend both days of instructor-led training, and successfully complete the required certification assessments.
