At Radionix we believe in our products. The reliability and durability of our products is so high, and we receive such low numbers of returns that we can offer a large warranty period and offer a ‘Swap Brand New’ replacement policy in case of a malfunctioning product.

Industry leading standard warranty period

Most Radionix and Bosch intrusion alarm and access control products come with a three-year or five-year manufacturer's warranty. The standard warranty period for all Bosch motion detectors is 5 years. In the table below, you can find the exact warranty we offer per product group.

Warranty extension

Warranty extension 3+1+1=5 years

We offer warranty extension as a manufacturer warranty with predictable and transparent maintenance and operating cost for a period of up to 2 years. The warranty extension is available for most of our products. When available, you can find it in our Product Catalog by searching for ‘warranty’ or the name of the product.

You can choose to extend the product's standard warranty with:

  • Extension by 12 months (1 year), i.e. from 3 to 4 years, by ordering the respective warranty extension CTN once.
  • Extension by 24 months (2 years), i.e. from 3 to 5 years, by ordering the respective warranty extension CTN twice.

N.B. An extension beyond five years' total warranty is not possible.

Service handling of products in warranty

Service for products that are in warranty are free of charge. Any product that does not function as specified due to a defect in material or workmanship will be either fully repaired or replaced with a product of the same model that functions as specified. Depending on the type of product, the actual availability of spare parts and products and the individual service requests we offer a service solution either as Carry In repair or as Advanced exchange. Please contact us when you have a service request and we will inform you about the service level options of the affected product.

Service handling for product out of warranty

For products where the warranty has already expired, we still offer a solution as long as the product is in production and in general even for another five years after the end of production. As a service solution we offer a new product of the same model or similar or successor model with same or better functionality.
